Terminal end diffusers are a critical component in ceiling-mounted cleanroom HVAC systems. Designed to house HEPA or ULPA filters, these laminar diffusers and air terminal diffusers distribute filtered air into the cleanroom while ensuring even airflow and compliance with ISO and cGMP standards.

Terminal Diffusers
Terminal Diffusers ULPA and HEPA air filter modules are designed to provide cleanrooms with unidirectional airflow from tee-bar ceilings. Standard air filtration modules come in the following specs.
Sizes: 24 in. x 24 in. or 24 in. x 48 in.
Collar diameter: 10 in. or 12 in.
HEPA air filter efficiency: Rated at 99.99% at 0.3 microns
ULPA air filter efficiency: Rated at 99.9995% at 0.12 microns
HEPA filters pack depths: 53mm, 70mm, or 100 mm
