ISO-Certified Design
Rated for ISO Class 6, 7, and 8 environments; ideal pass-through chambers for sterile manufacturing, pharmacy compounding, and life science applications.
Fully Welded CleanSeam™ Interior
Continuous seam welds eliminate crevices where particles and microbes can collect, ensuring the cleanroom chamber is easy to clean and sterilize.
304 Stainless Steel Construction
Corrosion-resistant finish withstands alcohol-based disinfectants, bleach-based cleaners, and regular sterilization cycles.
Floor-Mounted Design with Ramps
Includes (2) removable ramps for seamless cart entry and exit. Designed to handle heavy equipment and wheeled materials without disrupting cleanroom containment.
Automatic Mechanical Interlock
Prevents both cleanroom pass-through chamber doors from being opened at the same time to reduce cross-contamination. Optional Smart upgrade includes green/red visual indicators to notify users when it's safe to open the opposite door.
Leak-Rated Stainless Steel Doors
Access doors feature UL-rated gasketing and heavy-duty lift latches for a secure seal and extended product life.
Gasket System
Santoprene® “E”-shape non-outgassing gasket maintains its shape after compression and won’t warp, crack, or degrade. Mechanically attached to prevent adhesive failure.
Anti-Static Windows
Cleanroom doors include static-dissipative PVC windows, which prevent particle attraction and improve visibility during material transfer.
