CAS Stud Wall (0.25 inch.1.75 inch.) studded, non-progressive demountable
wall system uses a batten system to attach the wall panels to the studs.
There are four different framing studs available for this
system to allow for single or double sided walls, retrofit to existing walls and/or extensive
pipe racking on the chase side. The studs are compatible with
Unistrut™ hardware making attachments for mullions and
pipe racking easy to install. This system is also compatible
with the CAS studless wall system (see below) for a seamless
transition, making changes from a studded to studless system
quick and easy. Glazed vision panels or return air grilles
can be installed as requirements change over the life of the
facility.
The unique characteristics of the stud wall system
include:
- Non-progressive, demountable design.
- Structural stud performance: uniform load of <L/304
@ 20 lbs./sq. ft.
- Wall panel structural performance: uniform load <L/240
@ 5 lbs./sq. ft.
- By using the structural stud the wall system can support
Plenums and RAHU units.
- Can be used to finish cleanrooms over existing gyp board
walls.
CAS Studdless Wall (1.75 inch.) studless, non-progressive demountable
wall system is less costly
than framed systems requiring extra time and materials for
framing prior to panel installation. The studless system is comprised
of aluminum honeycomb panels and trim that provide sufficient
stiffness to meet the most clean manufacturing requirements. Straightforward
design allows for quick and easy installation requiring only
the head track and base track be installed before the panels
are fit into place. With the optional addition of rotator
corners, return air grilles or openings, glazed vision panels
and door opening panels the clean envelope is complete and
ready for use.
The unique characteristics of the studless wall system include:
- Non-progressive, demountable storefront design.
- Wall panel structural performance: uniform load <L/240
@ 5 lbs./sq. ft.
- Allows for easy penetration to accommodate tool bulk-heading
or wafer transport rails.
- Panels are available with internal pipe racking extrusions
compatible with Unistrut™ hardware.
- Framing systems for heavily bulk-headed areas.

Network™ 306 (1.750 inch) studless, non-progressive demountable wall system. This wall is comprised of aluminum honeycomb panels and extruded aluminum trim. The 306 wall is designed for areas where high demountability is required. The 306 wall is capable of spanning 16’-0” high. Formed panels edges and integral gaskets eliminate the need for battens. This curtain wall approach versus a stick-framed wall facilitates quick and easy installation requiring only the head and basetrack be installed prior to panel installation. Flush glazing, retrofit glazing, return-air grilles, bulkheading and integral doors are available.
Network™ 307 (1.750 inch) studless, non-progressive demountable wall system. This wall is comprised of aluminum honeycomb panels and extruded aluminum trim. The 307 wall is designed for areas where only moderate demountability is required. The 307 wall is capable of spanning 16’-0” high.
The unique characteristics of both the 306 and 307 wall systems include:
- Wall heights of 18’-0” (5.5 m) standard, even greater heights using non-standard panels
- Non-progressive, demountable design
- Using the 306 system permits the upper transom panels to remain in place while the bottom panels are removed facilitating equipment move in.
- Integral pipe racking can be formed into the panels
- Conduit penetrations.
- Grounding clips for conductive or static dissipative partitions.
