| Perforated Access Floor Panels provide superior cooling and ventilation for critical applications. Our vinyl coated raised panels come in Anti-Static or Conductive & Static Dissipative finishes as specified below.

Anti-Static High Pressure Laminate (HPL)
Factory applied HPL is available in a wide range of colors and has typical test volume resistance values of 1.0 x 106 to 2 x 1010 ohms when tested at 50% RH at 72oF.
Conductive & Static Dissipative Vinyl Tile
Homogeneous solid vinyl tile with conductive elements is available in many colors and
has an electrical resistance range of 2.5 x 104 to 1 x 106 ohms to 1 x 108 ohms
Our High Tech Matrix™ floor panels offer solid, perforated
and grated options to meet various application needs.
The solid and perforated panels are available in different
vinyls, powder coated finishes and stainless steel floor surfaces.
The grated panel is designed to minimize air pressure drop
having approximately 59.2% net free area. It has a non-directional
pattern that simplifies installation and provides smooth travel
for rolling carts. Grate panels are coated with a proprietary
conductive powder coat epoxy. Special panels for utility access,
valve boxes, and vacuum ports are also available.

Standard Duty: Standard duty panels are
capable of supporting a concentrated load of 1,200 lbs. on
a one inch square indentor with a maximum deflection of .080.
Panels are capable of carrying a uniform live load of 350
lbs. per square foot with a maximum deflection of .040. The
maximum permanent set at design loads shall not exceed .010”.
Medium Duty: Medium duty panels are available
for applications requiring higher strength die cast aluminum
and are capable of carrying a concentrated load of 2,000 lbs.
on a one-inch square indentor with a maximum deflection of
.080”. Panels are capable of carrying a uniform live
load of 500 lbs. per square foot with a maximum deflection
of .040”.
Heavy Duty: Heavy
duty panels are designed specifically for 300mm fab applications.
These floor panels are fabricated from high strength, ductile
aluminum extrusions that provide a 3,000 lbs load rating.
This design eliminates the sudden failures that have occurred
with die-cast aluminum floor panels having inherent “brittle
metal” failure characteristics. This heavy duty floor
system when installed our Heavy-Duty Pedestals
permit air-pad loads of up to 8,000 lbs on a 24-inch diameter
bearing with minimal thickness floor covering. Deflection
under a 3,000 lb two-inch square indentor per CISCA test procedures
is 0.080 inches or less. Using a normal minimum footpad of
4 inch square in the center of the panel also allows 6,000
lbs. without yielding. [more]
