Stainless Steel Tables: Pure, clean stainless steel tables are available in solid top, perforated or rod top configurations. Perforated tables are designed with a .75” hole pattern, approximately 40% air flow capability. Completely electropolished with a bullnose at front and adjustable feet. Complete engineered CAD drawings are available within 72 hours after a request is received. Custom design is always welcome.

WIP Racks: Slanted rod top storage WIP Racks include rod top structure with 8 degree

slope, adjustable feet, and complete electropolish. Approximately weight capacity of 800 lbs. Standard dimensions are 48”L x 24”W x 60”High. 

Gowning Benches: Solid or perforated top gown room benches are available as free standing or floor mounted units. Standard dimensions are 3,4,5, or 6' long x 18" high.  Bench seat is 12" wide with rolled fron and back edges. Optional bootie rack storage is available upon request.

Garment Racks: Single and dual hanger garment racks are available with 3 inch interval spacing for hanger position to prevent garments from rubbing together. Standard dimensions are 4' wide x 18 ”deep. Wall mounted or free-standing units are available.  Wall mounted unit includes tubular shelf of rextra storage.  Fabricated from 16 gauge type 304 series stainless steel tubing.  Space saving design allows 24" wideth and 74" overlall height.  Hanger locators are scored 2" apart.  Includes 12 each captive style stainless steel hangers.

Garment Cabinets:

GS SERIES Cleanroom Garment & Storage Cabinets with sloping top on all cabinets to prevent particle build-up or storage of unwanted materials. Unit is supplied with (4) adjustable shelves for sealed garment storage. These cabinets can also be used for tools, wipers, caps and booties. All units are available in special sizes and with special features.

FGS SERIES Cleanroom Garment & Storage Cabinets Sloping top on all cabinets prevents particle build-up or storage of unwanted materials. Designed to store opened garments and provide a constant air wash over hanging garments is provided. Garment storage cabinets contain a HEPA filter/blower system, 99.99% efficient on .3 microns. Hand Sinks: Wall or floor mounted hand sinks are a requirement for most critical gowning procedures.  All sink bowls have large liberal radii with a minimum dimension of 2” and are rectangular in design for increased capacity. All TIG welded with die formed countertop edge and a 3/8” no-drip offset. There are no welded seams other than corners. Offered in a heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel.

Sinks: One, two and three compartment stainless steel sinks come with one or two drain boards for maximum flexibility. All units feature stainless steel legs and metal bullet feet. Standard units offer one piece deep drawn sink bowls with integral drain boards and back splash. All sink bowls have a large liberal 3” radius. Supply is ½” IPS hot & cold. Facet holes on 8” centers. Waste drains are 1 ½” IPS stainless steel basket type and are included.

Chairs: At CAS we believe the quality of a chair, its ergonomics and its ability to enhance the productivity of the user contribute to its real value. Our most popular chair, the Stamina by Gibo/Komdama is designed for our customer’s to receive the most from their investment. The Stamina 3000 Series chair features specially contoured seating with 2-1/2” thick high resilient foam upholstered with the most heavy duty fire retardant fabric or vinyl. One lever quickly adjusts the tilt angle of the seat or back independently. Highly polished or black powder-coated aluminum bases with dual wheel casters are standard. Custom Products: CAS offers custom furniture for any cleanroom application. The custom stainless steel dispenser and disposables cabinets shown here are an example of what we can produce to meet your specific needs. The custom dispenser cabinet allows for storage of your garments with openings below each door for distribution of each item. The disposables cabinet offers a large storage space below and allows for easy access to gloves, booties, bouffant caps, and face masks.
