TechGrid 2” Gasket Ceiling System
The latest Cleanroom Ceiling Grid System is a new product designed
specifically for the heavier load requirements of 300-mm
wafer transport systems. This unique TechGrid 2" Gasket Ceiling System is comprised
of 2” wide clear anodized extruded aluminum tee members
that are rod hung to an overhead support structure or Uni-Strut matrix above.
Once assembled
the gasket grid forms a continuous gasketed ledge to receive filters
or
lights for an ultraclean manufacturing environment. The slotted T-Bar is ideal for hanging
lights, piping, equipment and electrical components at ceiling level without obstructing the operation of a cleanroom. Connector and suspension hardware is interchangeable with Gasket and Gel Seal Style T-Bar hardware. Sprinkler Penetration Sleeves, Ionization
Emitters and seismic sway control can be incorporated into the system. For applications
in seismic zones, the all-thread rod serves as a compression strut and splay wires can be attached to eye bolts secured to the Intersection Connectors.
AD Flushlight Grid Ceiling System
This grid was designed to provide uniform airflow for Class
10 or better applications. The
AD Flush-grid is gasket sealed ceiling system with integral lights,
sprinklers and ionizers.
The grid is comprised of 2.5” (62.5mm) wide extruded aluminum tee members that form a continuous
gasket ledge to structure to receive filters
for Class 100 or better manufacturing environments. The ceiling plane
of the grid is completely flush to mitigate interference
when placing walls, minienvironments or wafer transport systems.
Plenum tops are capable
of supporting recirculating air handling units and
also serve as an integral catwalk above the room. The AD Flushlight Grid is provided with integral U.L. listed continuous light fixtures. Sprinkler Penetration Sleeves, Ionization Emitters and seismic sway control can be incorporated into the system. For applications in seismic zones, the all-thread rod serves

Walkable Grid Ceiling System
Walkable ceiling systems provide a cost-effective and straightforward solution for proper maintenance of cleanroom equipment and facility services. CleanAir’s
Walkable Grid Ceiling System provides the structural reliability needed to meet
the requirements of a truly walkable ceiling system. The pre-engineered extruded aluminum grid members serve as structural I-beams to carry the loads typically applied to a walkable grid system. All of our walkable systems feature 2-inch wide extruded aluminum grid members joined by our heavy-duty 4-way connector system with rod-hung suspension and factory-applied gaskets. The factory-applied gasket eliminates the need for intensive field applications. We offer walkable panel
systems from ½” thick up to 2-1/8” thick depending on the load requirements.
Panels are fabricated from aluminum honeycomb in our standard powder coat white finish. Diamond tread plate is also available through-out or to designated specific walkways.
Light-Weight Ceiling System
The lightweight gasket-seal ceiling grid system comprised
of 2” wide extruded aluminum tee members and extruded
aluminum perimeter angles that form a continuous gasketed
ledge to receive HEPA or ULPA filters, blank pans or tiles
and light fixtures, to meet requirements of varying “less
stringent” clean environments. Tight tolerances combined
with
the simple assembly methods result in expeditious installation
and shorter ramp-up times. Each Light-Weight Ceiling grid member comes pre-cut
from the factory; there is no drilling or taping required
for installation. The members are simply snapped together
using specially designed clips and pre-punched extrusions.
The pre-punched extrusions allow for filter sizes 2’x
2’, 2’x 4’ and 4’x 4’ as required.
An extruded wall angle is used at the perimeter of the room.
The lightweight system comes with factory installed gaskets and clips
making onsite installation up to 3 times faster than comparable
systems. The system is hung from 12 gauge hanger wire on 4’
centers, troffer lights and filters should be independently
supported per governing codes.
Gel Grid Ceiling System
Our Gel-Seal T-Grid is a state-of-the-art system offering significant advantages for maintaining tight-tolerances in higher class cleanroom environments. the gel forms a secure, airtight barrier against dust and moisture for sensitive cleanroom requirements. Our suspension hardware for 2" Heavy Duty T-Grid System is designed and manufactured to meet the exacting standards of the cleanroom industry. Sprinkler penetration sleeves, ionization emitters and seismic sway control can be incorporated into the system.
