CAS Cleanroom Wall System

CAS Cleanroom WallsOur CleanWall system is a non-progressive demountable wall that uses a batten system to attach the wall panels to the studs. There are four different framing studs available for this system to allow for single or double sided walls, retrofit to existing walls and/or extensive pipe racking on the chase side. The studs are compatible with Unistrut™ hardware making attachments for mullions and pipe racking easy to install. This system is also compatible with the CAS studless wall system for a seamless transition, making changes from a studded to studless system quick and easy. Glazed vision panels or return air grilles can be installed as requirements change over the life of the facility.

  • • Non-progressive, demountable design
  • • Panel thickness: (0.25 inch.1.75 inch.).
  • • Structural stud performance: uniform load of L/304 @ 20 lbs./sq. ft.
  • • Wall panel structural performance: uniform load L/240 @ 5 lbs./sq. ft.
  • • By using the structural stud the wall system can support Plenums and RAHU units.
  • • Can be used to finish cleanrooms over existing gyp board walls.

  • • Choose from a wide selection of wall insert materials: soft cleanroom grade stretched vinyl (available in clear or colored and standard or anti-static compound), or 1/8” rigid options such as clear polycarbonate, white polypropylene, aluminum fluted sheets, or 50/50 split inserts.
  • • Modular walls attach and secure easily to existing ceilings, floors and walls through various fastening methods. This offers an economical and aesthetic alternative to high-cost stick-built construction that often requires permits and other considerations. Additionally, the AirLock modular cleanroom moves with you if you change facilities.
