Cleanguard Cleanroom Ceiling Panels
Cleanguard Ceiling Tiles are suitable for use in ISO Classes 5 to 9 and Federal Standard 209 Classes 100 to 100,000 Cleanrooms. These cleanroom ceiling tiles are also excellent for laboratories, hospitals, food preparation areas and other controlled environments. Cleanguard Panels feature factory sealed edges, white vinyl face and sealed top. The surfaces of these vinyl-faced cleanroom ceiling tiles are durable and can be cleaned easily with a damp sponge.
ClimaPlus Firecode Lay-in Ceiling Panels
ClimaPlus cleanroom ceiling tiles are sealed on the face, back and long edges with a 2 mil. rigid vinyl film. The exposed edges are factory sealed with a durable coating providing a completely sealed panel. These cleanroom ceiling panels are for use in systems designed for areas requiring high levels of air cleanliness for airborne particulate levels such as cleanrooms and clean zones.
Aluminum Honeycomb Cleanroom Panels
For cleanliness applications ISO Class 5 and better we recommend our durable aluminum honeycomb ceiling panel. These ceiling panels are available in ¼”, ½” and 1-3/4” thicknesses and are used for walkable cleanroom ceiling systems with diamond tread finish for high traffic areas.
